Site Manager - Costco Fit Out

Location: Thurrock, Essex
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: Approximately 14 weeks
Start: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Costco fit-out project in Thurrock. The project will involve the delivery of changing rooms, toilets, cubicles, break room areas and associated internal works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring the works are delivered to programme and specification.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day running of the site
*

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
*

Oversee the fit-out of changing rooms, toilets, cubicles, break room areas and associated internal works
*

Monitor progress against the project programme
*

Ensure works are completed safely and to the required quality standards
*

Manage RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks
*

Coordinate deliveries, materials and site logistics
*

Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors
*

Carry out regular site inspections and quality checks
*

Maintain accurate site records and provide progress updates
*

Identify and resolve any site issues
*

Ensure all works comply with relevant health andamp; safety regulations and project specifications

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
*

Experience managing internal fit-out works
*

Strong knowledge of health andamp; safety procedures
*

SMSTS
*

CSCS
*

First Aid
*

Good communication and organisational skills
*

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades
