📍 Location: Preston, Lancashire
💰 Salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Are you an experienced Land Manager looking for your next opportunity in property development?

We're working with a growing property development business in Kirkham that is looking to recruit a commercially minded Land Manager to help identify, secure and progress new development opportunities.

🏡 The Role

* Identify and source potential land and development opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents and key industry contacts.
* Assess sites for their commercial viability and development potential.
* Negotiate land acquisitions and secure new opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams to progress sites through planning and development.
* Contribute to the continued growth of the business by identifying new opportunities.

✅ What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in land acquisition, land management or property development.
* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
* A good understanding of the planning and development process.
* A commercially focused mindset with the ability to identify and assess opportunities.
* A proactive approach and the confidence to manage opportunities independently.
