The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary office fit-out project in Central Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment to oversee site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The assignment will run from 29th October to 10th November, offering a day rate of £250.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the office fit-out project.
*

Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities to ensure works are completed in line with the programme.
*

Monitor progress and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
*

Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and site documentation is maintained.
*

Manage site logistics, deliveries, materials and subcontractor access.
*

Identify and resolve any site issues to minimise delays and disruption.
*

Liaise with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery.
*

Oversee snagging and ensure works are completed to the required standard.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial office fit-out or refurbishment projects.
*

Strong knowledge of CAT A and/or CAT B fit-out works.
*

Excellent subcontractor coordination and site management skills.
*

A good understanding of health and safety requirements and site documentation.
*

Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
*

Ability to manage a fast-paced project and deliver works to a tight programme.
