ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER REQUIRED - NEW BUILD HOUSING

Permanent Position | New Year Start

An established North West housebuilder looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join its growing team.

The company specialises in delivering high-quality new-build homes in desirable locations, with a strong emphasis on build quality, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

The Package:

* £42,500 salary
* Car allowance
* Additional benefits

Essential Requirements:

* Experience within new-build residential housing
* SMSTS qualification
* First Aid qualification
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive approach to site management and quality control

Location: Sites predominantly across Cheshire West, the Wirral and occasionally Cheshire East.

Applicants must be comfortable travelling across these areas.

Ideal start January 2027
