Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a highly respected reputable Sub-Contractor.

Job values up to £10m.

As their Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting the commercial delivery of schemes and assist the Quantity Surveyor with cost management for development and contracting projects from procurement to the completion of sub-contract final accounts.

* HNC / Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Construction management or equivalent
* A good understanding or building regulations and legal obligations
* A good knowledge or construction methods and materials
* Strong mathematical and IT ability
* Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
* Ability to assess and analyse information
* Excellent communications skills

Desirable…
* A minimum of 1-2 years on site construction experience
