Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in project management, ready to take on a role with greater operational responsibility?

Our client, a leader in delivering high-quality rail projects where innovation and excellence meet.

Role Includes:

* Maintaining and developing relationships with key clients.
* Managing your own projects from start to finish, including P&L, applications, and variations.
* Leveraging your NEC 3 and 4 and JCT contractual expertise.
* Creating tender and construction programs with precision.
* Tracking company projects monthly to support forecasting.
* Assisting with larger tender submissions to secure new business.
* Developing and managing the company's supply chain.
* Ensuring Handamp;S compliance, collaborating with their Handamp;S consultant.
* Supporting company compliance and preparing for audits, including ISO and RISQS standards.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven Quantity Surveying experience with Project Management experience, ideally within the rail sector.
* Strong commercial acumen and a desire to expand into operational responsibilities.
* Expertise in contractual frameworks and project forecasting.
* Proactive leadership in Handamp;S and supply chain development.
