Estimator - Fire

Are you a skilled Estimator with a background in fire stopping?

What You'll Do:

* Accurately prepare cost estimates for a variety of walling and fire-stopping projects.
* Work closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
* Stay ahead of market trends and pricing to deliver competitive proposals.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within fire stopping
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Team player with great communication and negotiation skills.
