Construction Planner (Mechanical and Electrical bias)

Job Description:
Responsible for comprehensive planning and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems within construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery, budget compliance, and quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed project schedules for mechanical and electrical installations
* Create comprehensive construction plans using professional planning software
* Coordinate resource allocation for M&E project components
* Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Conduct risk assessments for mechanical and electrical systems
* Track and report project progress to senior management
* Liaise with engineers, architects, and subcontractors

Required qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering
* Advanced certification in Project Planning (preferred)

Technical Skills

* Proficient in construction planning software, preferably Primavera P6
* Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities



Experience

* Minimum 5 years construction planning experience
* Proven track record in M&E project management
