Our client, a leading private practice and cost consultancy, is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join their team in the North West. With project values ranging from £50k to £200 million, they deliver high-quality services across a diverse range of construction sectors, offering excellent career opportunities and growth potential.

About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control and contract administration across a variety of exciting projects. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reporting
* Lead procurement and tendering processes
* Advise on contract administration and risk management
* Monitor and control project costs to ensure value for money
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project delivery

About You:

* A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* A proactive approach to project delivery and client satisfaction
