Key Responsibilities:

* Manage shopfitting contracts from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery.
* Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
* Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and resources.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, with a strong background in the shopfitting industry.
* In-depth knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
