Key Responsibilities

* Support site teams with managing Mechanical and Electrical packages
* Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry regulations
* Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
* Assist in appointment of the Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors
* Co-ordinate between all associated services including Utilities, Sprinklers, M and E installation, PV

Requirements

* Strong M & E project management experience in construction
* In-depth knowledge of MEP systems
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
