Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of the action, working closely with clients to navigate complex contracts, resolve issues, and drive business success.

Your Role

* Be the go-to person for contract negotiations, delay notices, and extensions.
* Use your contractual Quantity Surveying expertise to spot key risks and opportunities.
* Influence stakeholders, ensuring projects stay commercially sound.
* Keep an eye on the big-ticket items-because every contract on your desk matters.
* Work face-to-face with clients, solving problems and keeping projects moving.

What You Bring

* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* A solid understanding of contracts and construction law
* Experience in contractual quantity surveying (not just project Quantity Surveying)
* A professional, personable approach-clients need to trust you
* The ability to keep calm under pressure and find solutions, not problems
