Project Manager

A leading Construction company are looking to appoint a Project Manager to deliver a new build residential scheme in Liverpool consisting of timber frame housing and apartments.

Reporting into a Contracts Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the project, from the pre-construction stage through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
* Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
* Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
* Prepare reports and present project updates to senior management.
* Implement risk management strategies to minimise project delays.

Requirements:

* Proven experience of delivering timber frame residential projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
