Electrician

Job Title: Electrician.
Location: Liverpool and surrounding areas
Salary: £36,000-£38,000, van and fuel card.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a leading social housing subcontractor based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on domestic properties in a permanent, full-time capacity, working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a competitive salary with a company van, petrol card, and an excellent benefits package.



Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) to assess the condition of electrical systems.
* Carrying out remedial work as needed to ensure installations meet safety standards and regulations.
* Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the latest electrical regulations.
* Communicating with customers in a professional manner and providing clear explanations of required work.
* Maintaining accurate records of inspections and repairs.



Requirements:

* 2391
* NVQ L3 or equivalent
* 18th
* Proven experience in carrying out EICRs and remedial works.
* Excellent knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
* Full UK driving license.
