Project Co-Ordinator

We're looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our growing team in Tamworth, overseeing façade projects from concept to completion.

About the Role:

As a Project Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in the success of our façade projects by:

* Oversee multiple façade projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.
* Support business development activities, preparing bids and coordinating tender submissions.
* Manage procurement processes, placing material and subcontractor orders accurately and on time.
* Liaise between internal design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and contractors, ensuring project goals are aligned.
* Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

* Previous experience in construction, façades or cladding projects is highly desirable.
* Excellent administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Understanding of project costs, procurement processes, and business development.
* Able to build relationships with clients and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to resolve issues proactively.
* Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools and systems.
