Job Title: Labourer (x3) - Social Housing Planned Works
Location: St Helens, UK
Pay Rate: £14.75 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

We are currently seeking 3 Labourers to join one of our Social Housing client's team for a social housing planned kitchen andamp; bathroom scheme in St Helens. This role involves working in both tenanted and void properties, assisting with the refurbishment and upgrade of kitchens and bathrooms.

Key Requirements:

* Previous social housing experience is essential
* Valid CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving License (Van andamp; fuel card provided)
* Ability to work efficiently in tenanted and void properties
