Procurement Manager - Infrastructure Projects

Nationwide (Home-based with UK travel)

Reports to: Cost Management Director

Your New Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Manager to lead and deliver strategic procurement activities across a portfolio of UK infrastructure projects. This home-based role focuses on value, supply chain performance, and risk mitigation in the delivery of asset replacement works.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and contractual objectives
*

Lead the procurement process for lifecycle asset replacement across a managed portfolio
*

Negotiate with suppliers to secure best value and contractual compliance
*

Build and manage supplier relationships, onboarding and maintaining a reliable supply chain
*

Collaborate on portfolio-wide purchasing strategies using market and performance data
*

Identify procurement risks and maintain robust documentation and governance
*

Report on KPIs, costs, and effectiveness to internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Need to Succeed

*

Proven experience in PFI/PPP environments and strategic procurement
*

HND/Degree in a relevant field with strong commercial acumen
*

Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
*

Organised, analytical, and resilient under pressure
*

Proficiency in procurement tools and systems
*

Full UK driving licence
