Estimator - Cladding/Facades

Our client are a leading specialist in cladding and façade solutions, committed to delivering exceptional quality and service across a range of projects.

Their team thrives on innovation and collaboration, and they are seeking a dedicated Estimator to join theur growing team.

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of their projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring competitive pricing. You will work closely with the pre-construction and project teams, as well as liaise with suppliers and clients, to deliver timely and comprehensive estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for cladding and façade projects.
*

Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
*

Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
*

Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment between estimates and project requirements.
*

Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates.
*

Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and pricing strategies.
*

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, methods, and industry trends.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Estimator in the cladding or facades industry.
*

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
*

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
*

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*

Proficient in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office.
*

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
