*

Maintaining detailed project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will need to succeed:

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or Commercial Manager within the construction sector.
*

Solid knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and current building regulations.
*

Strong understanding of standard forms of contract including JCT, NEC3, and NEC4.
*

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*

Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with tools such as CostX, Asta Project, or Primavera is advantageous.
*

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to attend site visits as required.
*

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

What you get in return:

*

Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, dependent on experience.
*

Attractive package including car allowance, pension, and holiday entitlement.
*

Opportunity to work on diverse and rewarding projects with a reputable regional contractor.
*

A supportive working environment that values collaboration, transparency, and personal growth.
*

Investment in your professional development and clear opportunities for career progression.
*

A role where your input is genuinely valued and where you'll contribute to projects that positively impact the community.
