I'm currently representing a specialist façade contractor that is gaining real traction across the UK for their work on complex, design-led projects involving glazing, cladding, and full envelope packages. They are not your typical installer-they approach each project with technical precision, clear communication, and a high level of professional delivery, which sets them apart from others in the industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a background in glazing and curtain walling to join a growing team and contribute to high-profile projects with the support of a well-organised back-office and operations structure.

Role Responsibilities

Take full ownership of façade, cladding, and glazing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
*

Lead all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
*

Liaise with architects, main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across all phases.
*

Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health andamp; safety, quality, and technical standards.
*

Review and interpret technical drawings and support installation teams with practical guidance.
*

Monitor commercial performance, report on progress, and manage project risks and variations.
*

Support tender and programme development as needed.

Candidate Requirements

*

Proven track record delivering façade, glazing, or curtain walling projects in the UK construction sector.
*

Strong technical knowledge of cladding systems and building envelope construction.
*

Able to read and understand architectural and fabrication drawings.
*

Effective leadership and communication skills, both onsite and with stakeholders.
*

Strong working knowledge of UK construction standards, CDM regulations, and Handamp;S best practices.
*

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta, Excel).
*

SMSTS, CSCS (black), and First Aid certification.
