Estimator - Drylining

Are you a meticulous and experienced Drylining Estimator looking for your next challenge?

Our client, a trusted name in commercial interiors and partitioning solutions are looking for someone like you to support their growth.

About the Role:

As a Drylining Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects involving drylining, partitions, suspended ceilings, and associated interior systems. You'll work closely with the pre-construction team, clients, and suppliers to ensure bids are competitive and professionally delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for drylining, ceilings, and partitions.
*

Interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing and technical input.
*

Conduct site visits where necessary.
*

Assist in tender submissions and project handovers to the delivery team.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an estimator in drylining or fit-out projects.
*

Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials.
*

Proficiency in estimation software (e.g. Bluebeam, Conquest, or similar).
*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*

Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.
