Site Manager

A residential contractor /developer who are experiencing sustained growth across both open market and social housing schemes, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver projects across the Manchester area. With a strong pipeline of secured work in both private residential and affordable/social housing, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a business with genuine long-term prospects and backing for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and workforce coordination
* Drive build programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and health andamp; safety compliance
* Ensure a high standard of finish and quality control throughout the build
* Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management
* Maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants

Experience:

* Proven experience managing residential construction sites, ideally for both developers and contractors
* Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
