Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE + Company Car + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, 6-month FTC (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible working may be available)

We're working closely with a respected social housing provider in Manchester who is looking to bring in an HR Advisor to support their team during a busy period.

This role is ideal for someone with generalist HR experience looking to make an impact in a purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide HR advice and support to managers across the business
* Manage employee relations cases, including attending hearings
* Coach managers on best practices and people management
* Support recruitment processes and onboarding
* Monitor and manage absence reporting and planning
* Assist with HR reporting and data tracking
* Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
* Maintain strong working relationships with trade unions

What We're Looking For:

* Experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Assistant role
* Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* CIPD Level 5 is a plus but not essential
