Location: Manchester andamp; North West
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (negotiable and DOE)

I'm currently working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist who is looking to add a Site Manager to their growing team. The Role

As Site Manager, you'll be a key player in the successful delivery of high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across various commercial sectors. You'll be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring health andamp; safety standards are met, and delivering to time, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day site activities, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance
*

Manage and coordinate sub-contractors and trades on site
*

Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
*

Monitor programme timelines and address any risks or delays proactively
*

Enforce and maintain quality control and site standards
*

Conduct site inductions and ongoing safety briefings
*

Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and reporting

What We're Looking For

*

Experience as a Site Manager within the fit-out or refurbishment sector
*

Confident leadership skills and the ability to drive performance on site
*

Strong understanding of construction methods, Handamp;S, and project delivery
*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required
*

A collaborative mindset and a focus on quality and client satisfaction
