About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join a well-established, family-run construction and development business based in Bury. Specialising in fit-out, commercial, and multi-residential schemes, the company delivers projects ranging from £50k to £2m in value across the Northwest.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to all stages of project delivery, working on a diverse range of fast-paced and high-quality developments.



Key Responsibilities:

* Support the management of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
* Assist with site coordination, contractor liaison, and delivery planning
* Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards, escalating issues when needed
* Prepare project documentation, site reports, and client updates
* Attend site visits, design meetings, and progress reviews
* Help ensure health andamp; safety and building compliance standards are met
* Work closely with senior managers to support project delivery and learn key processes



Requirements:

* Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
* Self-motivated and eager to learn in a busy project delivery environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites



Desirable:

* Previous experience in a construction environment (placement or junior role)
* Understanding of JCT contracts and construction processes
* Knowledge of the fit-out or residential development sector
