Assistant Quantity Surveyor - M&E

Our client, a leading specialist in Mechanical andamp; Electrical services, is looking to expand their team with a skilled Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has proven experience in Mandamp;E.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates, valuations, and tender returns for Mandamp;E works
*

Support contract administration and procurement processes on Mandamp;E projects
*

Monitor project progress, variations, and financial performance related to Mandamp;E scopes
*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors within the Mandamp;E sector
*

Use industry-standard software and ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in Mechanical andamp; Electrical quantity surveying (essential)
*

Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or studying towards one)
*

Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and communication skills
*

Familiarity with Mandamp;E drawings, contracts, and procurement processes
*

Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop within an Mandamp;E environment
