As an Estimator, you'll play a vital role in the pre-construction phase, preparing precise and competitive cost estimates that support successful project delivery and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse project specifications, drawings, and tender documents
* Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and subcontractors
* Source and negotiate supplier and contractor pricing
* Prepare and submit tenders and formal quotations
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from tender to execution
* Monitor project costs and assist with final account preparations

✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Prior experience as an estimator in the flooring, construction, or related sectors
* Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of flooring systems and materials (preferred)
