6x CSCS Painters

Job Opportunity: 6x CSCS Painter



Location: Cardiff

Duration: 12 Weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Rate: £19 per hour CIS



We are seeking 6x CSCS Painters to start ASAP on a new build commercial building carrying out various painting and decorating works for 12 weeks work.



Responsibilities:

*

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and priming walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
*

Applying paint, varnish, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to a high standard.
*

Interpreting site drawings and specifications to follow correct colour schemes and finishes.
*

Working at height using ladders, towers, or scaffolding in accordance with safety guidelines.
*

Masking and protecting adjacent surfaces, fixtures, and flooring before painting.
*

Mixing and matching paints to required colours and consistencies.
*

Carrying out snagging and touch-ups to maintain a high-quality finish throughout the site.
*

Maintaining a clean and safe work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored securely.
*

Liaising with site managers and other trades to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
*

Following health and safety procedures as required by CSCS standards and site regulations.



Requirements:

* Driving License
* Valid CSCS Card
* Own Tools and PPE
* Ability to work efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
