Job Title: Freelance Finishing Foreman

Location: Macclesfield

Job type: 6 weeks cover (Temporary)

Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Start Date - ASAP

A privately owned house builder are currently in the market for a Freelance Finishing Foreman to manage one of their social housing jobs near Macclesfield.

To be eligible for this position you must have experience creating lists,chasing subbys and an eye for detail. The site is due to handover in approx 4 weeks and you will be supporting the site manager.The site is within the new build housing sector; you must have a proven record of successfully delivering large housing schemes on time and to a good standard. You will be able to provide recent and relevant references

You must also hold a valid CSCS SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
