Roofer - Social Housing

Location: Bristol, South-West, UK
Rate: £20.00 per hour (Umbrella or CIS)

We are currently working with a well-regarded Social Housing contractor who is seeking an experienced Roofer to join their team on a long-term project in the Bristol area.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for carrying out roofing works on both tenanted and void social housing properties, including repairs, maintenance, and minor re-roofing where required. The role involves working safely at heights and ensuring a high standard of workmanship across all tasks.

Requirements:

* Proven roofing experience in domestic or social housing settings
* Valid CSCS Card
* Relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Roofing or equivalent
* Full UK Driving Licence - own transport preferred
* Ability to work independently and professionally in occupied homes
* Strong awareness of health and safety standards
