Job Title: Scheduler

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Hours: Monday - Friday

Our client are currently looking for a Scheduler to start as soon as possible in the Liverpool area due to an increase in contracts. They are looking for a highly motivated candidate with previous experience in a Scheduling role to join the team.You will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Duties will include:

* Scheduling works in a timely manner

* Managing installers diaries

* Communicating effectively with internal teams, customers, installers and suppliers via phone and email

* Uploading and updating information onto the companies CRM

The sucessful candidate will:

* Have a minimum 1 years' experience in a scheduling role

* Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask

* Have experience working with Microsoft word, excel and outlook

* Have experince in social housing
