Role Overview:
The successful candidate will carry out plumbing work as part of planned bathroom refurbishments in tenanted properties. Ideally, you'll bring multi-skilled experience - particularly in tiling - to assist with full bathroom installations.

Key Responsibilities:

*

1st and 2nd fix plumbing on bathroom installations
*

Complete bathroom rip-outs and refits
*

Multi-skilled tasks such as tiling where required
*

Working to high standards in occupied homes

Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
*

Proven experience in bathroom installations, ideally within social housing
*

CSCS card
*

Full UK driving licence
*

Tiling or other multi-trade skills highly desirable
