Joiner - Social Housing - Liverpool

Location: Liverpool
Rate: £19.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our social housing clients for an experienced Joiner to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties across the Liverpool area.



Key Responsibilities:

* Completing day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties
* Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Communicating effectively and professionally with tenants
* Working both independently and as part of a maintenance team



Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role within the social housing sector
* Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided)
* NVQ or City andamp; Guilds in Joinery (preferred)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Must be available for an immediate start
