Building Careers are recruiting a Painter andamp; Decorator for a well established social housing client covering the North West.

The position will be to join their Responsive Maintenance team completing repairs on appointment.

£19.00 per hour

Van and Fuel Card Provided (for work use only)

Temp to Perm Contract

As a Painter andamp; Decorator, you will be required to have:

* A Valid CSCS Card
* NVQ Qualifications
* Own hand tools
* Previous experience in kitchen and bathroom refurb works
* Full UK Driving License

Your role will consist of:

* Painting and Decorating
* Multi skills (if applicable)
* Using PDA system to respond to jobs
