Quantity Surveyor

We're representing a respected, values-led housing association in the North West that's looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial operations.

This is a key role supporting the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality repair and maintenance works. You'll work closely with operational delivery teams, providing full commercial support from tendering and cost forecasting through to valuations, contract administration, and final accounts. The focus? Value for money, strong supplier relationships, and maintaining compliance while driving efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Background:

Experienced QS in a housing or maintenance environment (client-side or contractor)
*

Comfortable managing costs, variations, valuations and working with subbies

Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and commercial risk

Ideally degree-qualified and/or working toward RICS membership
