Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading name in high-end interior fit-outs and drylining packages, is looking for a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team. With a strong pipeline of prestigious commercial and residential projects across the UK, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Supporting the commercial lead on drylining and partitioning packages from pre-construction through to final account
* Assisting with cost planning, procurement, valuations, and financial reporting
* Liaising with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure commercial success
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments and cost controls
* Monitoring variations, preparing interim valuations, and assisting in final accounts

What We're Looking For:

* 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within drylining or fit-out sectors
* A relevant degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills
* Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
