Site Manager (freelance)

A Freelance Site Manager is required for 2 weeks holiday cover on a refurbishment of a leisure centre in Boston. You will be required to start on Friday 30.6.25 for a handover with the existing site manager and then take charge for a 2 week period.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring the smooth running of the refurbishment while maintaining health andamp; safety standards and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee site operations and enforce health andamp; safety protocols
* Coordinate trades and manage daily workflow
* Monitor progress and report to the contracts manager
* Handle on-site issues promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications/Experience
* Experience working on refurbishment projects in a 'live environment'
* CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
