Location: Office-based (no home working)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £28,790 per annum
Hourly Rate: £14.92

Job Overview

We are currently seeking five Customer Hub Advisors to join our team on a temporary agency basis until the end of February 2027.

This is an office-based role, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment.

As a Customer Hub Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service, supporting customers with their enquiries and ensuring they receive a positive experience.

Working Pattern

The role is 37 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

The shift pattern will vary and may include:

* Early shifts: 8:00am or 9:00am starts.
* Mixed shifts: 8:00am, 9:00am or 10:30am starts.
* Late shifts: 12:00pm - 8:00pm.
* Saturday working.

Please note that flexibility is required to work across the shift pattern, including Saturdays.

* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Have a strong customer service approach and enjoy helping people.
* Can deal with customer enquiries in a professional, friendly and helpful manner.
* Are confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Can work effectively as part of a team.
* Are flexible and able to work the required shift pattern, including Saturdays.

* This is a fully office-based position.
* Home working is not available.
* Working hours are 37 hours per week.
* The assignment will run until 28 February 2027.
* Five agency workers are required.
