Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure properties remain safe and functional for tenants.
* Perform routine maintenance
* Respond to repair requests
* Conduct inspections
* Ensure properties meet all safety standards.

Requirements:

* Valid UK driving license
* 18th Edition
* NVQ L3 or equivalent
* 2391
* UKATA Asbestos Awareness certificate is an advantage
